As the owner of the company, Donna’s values really represent the heart of soul of the salon. Passion, attention to detail, strong work ethic and most important - providing quality to our clients.
GRACE
Creative Director
Grace love nothing more than helping clients with a full transformation - cutting, colouring and even specialising in Beauty Works hair extensions as well as training in HD Brows and LVL Lashes. Stylish and sassy herself, Grace is perfect if you want someone confident and able to advise on the latest hair and beauty trends.
TEGAN
Style Director
Tegan is extremely talented with a large client base. She has a natural flair for colouring specialising in Balayage and Beauty works hair extensions. Being one of the younger stylists Tegan naturally knows the latest trends.
KAYLEIGH
Style Director / Senior Colour Technician
Over 10 years’ experience, so you can be sure you are in good hands. Kayleigh is a true perfectionist and won’t be satisfied until the client and herself are 100% happy. She loves styling hair for weddings and special occasions as well as taking on new exciting complete restyles.
JADE
Style Director
Jade, also known as our brow queen, is a great asset to the team professionally but also gives the salon a lift on dull days with her bright and infectious personality. She now also offers our relaxing Japanese Head Spa treatment, helping you unwind while caring for your scalp and hair.
NAOMI
Senior Stylist / Colour Technician
Naomi is super friendly and chatty; she builds very close bonds with her clients remembering little details that make them feel special. As well as being a super stylist, she is also very experienced in beauty treatments including HD brows, lashes and waxing (ouch!!)
EMILY
Senior Stylist
Our Balayage Pro if effortless, sun-kissed hair is your vibe, Emily is your girl. She’s our go-to expert for lived-in colour, specialising in balayage that grows out beautifully and looks amazing between appointments.
LUCY
Senior Stylist
Our Blonding Specialist Lucy’s got you covered. With a sharp eye for tone and a passion for healthy, radiant results, Lucy is our go-to expert for all things blonde. Whether you’re dreaming of icy platinum, soft champagne, or a buttery balayage, She’s all about getting you to your perfect shade while keeping your hair strong, shiny, and happy.
LAUREL
Graduate Stylist
Laurel is one of our talented graduate stylists here at Crackers and Chaps. Known for her warm personality and professional touch, she’ll instantly put you at ease from the moment you sit in her chair. In addition to her growing expertise in all things hair, Laurel is also a certified Japanese Head Spa Therapist.
OUR SALON
Crackers & Chaps has been providing hair design and colour to our clients in the market town of Diss for over 20 years. During this time our team has grown and the salon has expanded to include a first floor extended hair salon and a beauty treatment room.
Every one of our team completed their apprenticeship here, so we know each other incredibly well and have a fab friendly salon which we hope you enjoy coming to. We are constantly learning new techniques with ongoing training which keeps us evolving and fires our passionate for our work. We feel the key to our success is the motivation we all have towards hairdressing and love to bounce off each other and share fresh ideas.
To be the best you can you need to live and breathe hairdressing. We believe we do just that and make the salon a welcoming environment for clients to pop in for a coffee, chat, fringe trim, consultation, product advice or any other excuse!
Many of our clients have been coming to our salon since we started which we hope speaks for itself.
