Welcome to Crackers and Chaps! By booking an appointment with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or browsing.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change — life happens! However, to respect our team’s time and income, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

• No-shows: 100% of the appointment cost will be required before rebooking.

Missed appointments leave gaps we can’t always fill, which impacts our small business and our team’s earnings.

2. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment as listed on our website and in-salon.

4. Online Bookings

When booking online, please ensure all your details are correct. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you don’t receive one, your booking may not be confirmed — please get in touch.

5. Refunds and Service Issues

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you’re not satisfied with your experience, please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Health and Safety

If you’re feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise health and safety.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of those changes.
